Mango - half ripe, peeled and seed removed
Chilled Mango and Cucumber Soup

Blended mango, cucumber and lime juice come together for a chilled tropical mango soup. Oh Yeah!

 

  1. Peel cucumbers, process all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy, taste and add more salt as needed, adding a bit more or less water as necessary. Chill before serving. Makes 3-4 servings.
