Birds Custard Powder
1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract
1 cup
Crystallized Ginger(chopped)
1 can(s)
Evaporated Milk
2 can(s)
Condensed Milk
2 cup
Coconut Milk
Ginger Coconut Ice Cream

Oh my goodness.  Coconut and ginger together in this fantastic recipe.  Picture enjoying the creaminess of the coconut with the bites of ginger while relaxing with Netflix.  haha…or your bestie…

  1. Place water in a saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Mix custard powder with a little water to make a slurry (runny liquid )
  3. Add to boiling water, stirring rapidly. Lower heat to a simmer but keep,stirring.
  4. Let it cook for about 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Add evaporated milk and stir,
  6. Add condensed milk and stir
  7. Add coconut milk and stir
  8. Turn off stove and remove sauce Pan. Add essence and taste for sweetness. If sugar is needed and to taste. Remember ginger is sweet too.
  9. Cover and let cool. Before pouring in to ice cream maker, strain through very fine strainer or cheese cloth. Follow manufactures instruction for Ice Cream maker. When mixture starts to thicken, add chopped ginger. Enjoy.
