Ground Clove
4 tablespoons
Allspice
8 clove
Garlic, Clove
8 sprigs
Thyme
1 medium
Onion
1 cup
Soy Sauce
Jerk Sauce

If you want a flavorful marinade that will take you to Jamaica while you are in your back yard, then this is for you.  Simple to make yet full of flavor that is sure to impress your friends and family.  My family has enjoyed this marinade for years.  From chicken to pulled pork to pizza this is sure to be a hit in your home.

  1. In a food processor or blender puree the soy sauce, onion, thyme, scallions, garlic, habanero peppers, and ginger.
  2. Add the ground cloves, allspice, salt, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, lemon juice and blend well.
  3. Drizzle oil into blender until you have a smooth puree.
  4. If using a food processor, add all dry ingredients first, blend until smooth, and then add liquids
