- Chadobeni

- Green Granny Smith Apple; Peeled; Sliced
- 1 teaspoon
- Kosher Salt

This is a salad that looks good on your plate and is so good for you. And because it has big, tasty flavors, it’s perfect for pairing with any type of protein. Mixed with the lemon or lime juice and chadobeni or cilantro and you’ve got yourself a Caribbean Inspired Salad, can even be paired with mango for an even more Caribbean flavor.
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Massage and mix well with hands
- Set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow kale to soften up a bit.
