- Mango - half ripe, peeled and seed removed-julienned

- Cabbage-shredded
- 2 stalk(s)
- green onions (scallions)- chopped small
- 4 clove
- Garlic, Clove-minced
This is a fantastic medley of cabbage, peppers and mango. Nice and lite flavor makes an excellent addition to dinner. You will not be disappointed with this. - Add Garlic and Scallion and stir for 30 seconds. Do not allow the garlic to burn.
- Add carrots and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cabbage and chayote and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- add mango and fold through.
- add a tablespoon of water and cover for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- add salt and pepper
- add peppers, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
